Jon Mayer
Jon Mayer is a Lead Project Manager for pedestrian, bicycle and multimodal applications. He also has responsibilities relating to traffic impact and other transportation related studies throughout Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties within the State of Maryland. Jon has over 30 years of traffic engineering/planning experience and knowledge. Jon began his career working for the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works-Traffic Engineering Division in 1988, where he advanced to the position of Transportation Planner with the Office of Planning & Zoning-Office of Transportation. Jon left his position with Anne Arundel County in 2019 and began work for the Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA) as a statewide Pedestrian and Bicycle Planner within the MDOT SHA-Office of Planning & Preliminary Engineering-Regional and Intermodal Planning Division through 2021. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland - College Park. |
