Job Responsibilities

  • Project Manager Role overseeing Design Projects related to Traffic Signal, Signing, Pavement Marking, MOT and Vehicle/Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety

  • Edit and/or Write Point by Point Response Letters to address Public Agency Design Project Review Comments

  • Provide Expert Witness Testimony (Senior Level Position)

  • Perform field duties outside of the office including Field Verifications and Observations

  • Compose Project Fee Proposals for Clients and track Billing Status for Projects

  • Attend Meetings and Coordinate with project members and clients in order to meet project deadlines in an organized manner

  • Use existing knowledge of Agency Requirements and Criteria when Managing and Reviewing Projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • P.E. Certification

  • 5+ years of experience in traffic engineering (Mid Level Position)

  • 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering (Senior Level Position)

  • Possess a driver's license valid in Maryland with access to a vehicle which may be used on the job

  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Good work ethic and positive attitude

  • Experience with Microsoft 365

Pay Rate

  • $67,500 - $142,500/year
