Job Responsibilities

Manage and Organize administrative tasks for a professional transportation planning and traffic engineering firm

Assist Project Managers and Employees with job organization and client interaction

Track overhead costs and workplace efficiency breakdowns for projects and vendors

Process invoices and payments
-
Compile and package documents for project proposals

Lead marketing efforts for prospective clients

Website upkeep and social media manager
Job Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in office management/bookkeeping/accounting work

Possess a driver's license valid in Maryland with access to a vehicle which may be used on the job

Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Detail-Oriented approach to tasks

Good work ethic and positive attitude

Experience with Microsoft 365

Experience with Deltek Ajera Software (preferred but not required)

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
Pay Rate
$43,680 - $58,240/year
